BIKEWAY ITINERARY IN THE EUGANEI HILLS

The itinerary is situated along the artificial channel checks to the river Bacchiglione or to the running track  bikeway near the Hills.

The bikeway itinerary evolve from: Bastia, Treponti di Teolo, Praglia, Montegrotto to Catajo in Battaglia Terme. The alternative itinerary,shorter, is situated along the Canale battaglia bank and is better started from Abano , Montegrotto, Monselice or Este.

This itinerary offered fantastics views, with Euganei Hills that are a unchanging point and where, pedaling after pedaling, we can admire cultivated fields, small village grow around old churches, castels and Venetian villas along the rivers and moreover  agricultural companies with local excellent products and at the end immerse oneself in small turistic hamlet.

The ring in the Euganei Hills you can tread in hours and andanticlockwise sense ; is a racecourse that propose important itinerary inside and outside the Euganei Hills for touch places where is advised to focus, see the relaxing landscape, breath clear air and why not, snap beautiful photos.

There are train stations in Montegrotto Terme, Monselice and Este, that permit to use the trasportation service of bike on the trains. If we start in Abano and Mottegrotto Terme, the Ring is along the thermal centre in the south-west and we can reach it thanks to the runway bike in San Daniele Street, Caposeda Street or Mezzavia-argine Street in the Canale Battaglia. A cycling tourist, moreover, can reach the ring in 3-4 hours, so in a  morning or afternoon, we can arrive at the destination appointed.
